Improving the Antibacterial Properties of SnO2/Mn3O4 Hybrid Thin Film Synthesized by Spray Pyrolysis Method

The current study used the spray pyrolysis method to prepare tin oxide, manganese and SnO2/Mn3O4 hybrid bilayer thin films. primary solutions for deposition process were produced utilizing sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction, energy-dispersive spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) photoluminescence spectroscopy analyze grown XRD spectrum of SnO2, Mn3O4, film shows that SnO2 has a polycrystalline structure with tetragonal cassiterite phase, Mn3O4 lower crystallinity degree due powdery nature its surface, pattern structure. From FESEM, surface morphology is crack-free regular incessant grain distribution. FESEM micrographs synthesized perfectly spherical grains are uniform entirely separate, an average size less than 50 nm. FESSEM exhibit uneven porous polyhedral granulation. film's antibacterial properties evaluated standard gram-negative bacteria (GNB) gram-positive (GPB), namely Staphylococcus aureus Escherichia coli. According results, bilayers have demonstrated better oxide monolayers. These findings ascertain role nanocomposites play in biomedical field's potential applications.
